Who Am I Dealing With Now?
Sales and general management are directed by Steve Drevik, who many of you know from his 19 years with ESC in ambient monitoring market development, training, project implementations, and data logger development.
Support is now managed by Debra Adams, and Polly Dillon, two ex-ESC veterans with considerable field and support experience with ESC data management software and data loggers.
The ongoing product development is being done with a group of dedicated developers as well as contract developers, including some ESC developers that are well-known to the industry.
What Happens To My Support Agreement?
Your existing support agreement is being handled by Agilaire and no change is required (we will contact you when we move to our new offices). As your agreement expires, you will be invited to renew directly with ESC Agilaire.
What Kind of Development Resources Do You Have?
Agilaire will utilize a mixture of permanent development staff, augmented with contract developers that offer particular skills. The combined resources represent an increased amount of resources, as demonstrated by our new development of the revolutionary AirVision product.
